- Account information: Name, email address, and login method provided when you create an account via Manus OAuth.
- Professional data: Inspection records, mold findings, property addresses, moisture readings, field notes, and uploaded images you create or import through the Service.
- Health assessment data: CIRS symptom questionnaire responses, health scores, and patient-related data entered through the physician portal. This data may constitute protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA.
- Billing information: Subscription tier and billing status. Payment details (card numbers, etc.) are processed and stored exclusively by Stripe, Inc. — we do not store raw payment data.
- Usage data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage patterns collected automatically to improve the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process transactions and manage your subscription
- Generate AI-powered mold analysis and reports
- Send administrative communications (account notices, security alerts)
- Improve and develop new features based on usage patterns

4. HIPAA and Health Data
If you use the physician portal or health assessment features to store patient health information, you are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and any other applicable healthcare privacy regulations. Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Images and files are stored in Amazon S3 with access controls. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit. While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your information with:
- Service providers: Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (storage), and AI inference providers — solely to operate the Service.
- Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
